Ingredients:
3 Bags of Prepackaged Greens
2 Cups of Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
1 Cup of Water
1 Bell Pepper
1 Onion
1 Clove of Garlic (4-5 pieces)
2 Ham Hocks
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation:
Mince onion, garlic and bell pepper. Place in large pot, with 2 cups of low-sodium chicken broth and 1 cup of water. Cook greens down over medium heat for about 35-45 minutes, until tender.
