Potato Pancakes

Ingredients:
10 potatoes, 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 pinches salt, 1 egg

Preparation:
Peel and grate the potatoes by hand, or mix in a food processor until smooth. Mix in the remainder of the ingredients. Fry pancakes in oil over medium high heat until golden brown on both sides. Top with ketchup, sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar, honey, or limburger cheese.
