Ingredients:
Kale, Sesame Oil (or olive oil), Sesame Seeds
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425 Degrees.
Rinse and dry the Kale.
Pull Kale leaves off of the stem.
Place the Kale on a baking sheet.
Apply 2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil to the Kale and toss leaves with your hands.
Pour 2 tablespoons of Sesame Seeds over the Kale.
Bake Kale for about 5-6 minutes.
