Ingredients:
2 JARS ( 26 OZ ) ITALIAN SAUSAGE WITH PEPPERS AND ONIONS PASTA SAUCE
1 JAR ( 26 OZ ) TOMATO AND BASIL PASTA SAUCE
2 CANS ( 15 OZ ) BEANS, DRAINED: ( CANNELLONI, RED, KIDNEY OR GARBANZO )
2 CUPS WATER
1 TBS CHILI POWDER OR 1 PACKET CHILI SEASONING
1 1/2 CUP SLICED PEPPERONI ( 6 OZ ), CUT INTO HALVES OR QUARTERS
Preparation:
COMBINE PASTA SAUCE, BEANS, WATER AND CHILI POWDER. MIX WELL. BRING TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT; SIMMER FOR 15-20 MINUTES. ADD PEPPERONI AND REMAINING INGREDIENTS; SIMMER FOR 5 MORE MINUTES. TOP WITH SHREDDED CHEESE OR SOUR CREAM.
